Hello everybody!
Congratulations on making it for the seventh week of the program
For those of you who have been coming to our group classes on Saturdays
And for those of you who had been doing private one on one also !
We know that some participants had been very active from home, excellent
Follow the rutines posted in our blog!
The coming weeks are the most important of the program.
Last Saturday we had over 100 participants working out
In both locations at 8:30 am and after the very useful cooking
Class at 12:30pm.
Those participants can tell the level of exercising gas increased
In volume ( more exercises ) and in intensity.
The emphasis on being strict in your nutrition has
Never become more important than in these next
Coming. Weeks!
You have to measure your caloric intake and have a realistic
Grip on you nutrional needs.
I encourage you to keep a food log, share it with
