Weekly Seminar topics

We've finalized the lecture/seminar topics and are pleased to be able to bring everyone all of the resources they need to succeed in reaching and sustaining their health and fitness goals.  The lectures will be at 12:00 on Saturdays at NCH Wellness North Center.  Below are the topics:

February 7th: Losing weight and preventive medicine
February 14th: Supplements that assist weight loss
February 21st: Lose body fat with weight training
February 28th: Healthy cooking

 March 7th: Buying groceries for our diet/ healthy fats
 March 14th: Eating out - a list of healthy alternatives
 March 21st: Outdoor activities that can help us keep the weight off
 March 28th: Q & A open forum

 April 4th: Announcement of $1,000 WINNERS

I was just wondering if anyone can tell me where the seminars will be held and at what times.

They will be at noon every Saturday right before the 12:30 workout at NCH Wellness North. We'll try to get handouts from the speakers if you aren't able to attend.
